- Large living room with bay windows opening onto a terrace offering a beautiful view of the sea and the bay of Pramousquier

- 1 bedroom with a 140 bed + bathroom + Italian shower and WC
- 1 bedroom with a 160 bed + Italian shower
- 1 guest WC

Level 2:
- Children / teenagers area with a large bedroom with 2 beds of 90
- Cozy corner
- Office corner

The house is at sheltered from view.
The secure cycle path to reach the 12 beaches of Lavandou or Rayol Canadel is nearby.

The neighborhood

In a green setting, calm from the crowds, Pramousquier beach is sheltered by Cap Nègre. It is less easy to find than the other beaches of Lavandou, because it is accessed by small footpaths. This is one of the reasons why it is also nicknamed "The Mysterious". You will find on the beach something to spend lazy days with family, friends or lovers. Pramousquier offers you a choice of beach restaurants and mattress rentals. If you like pedal boats, you can rent one.
